The University of Modena and Reggio Emilia is assigning a 12 months postdoc fellowship to work on the relationships between inequalities, higher education, and labor market.
The researcher will first be involved in the realization of a dataset of individual data by integrating heterogeneous sources both administrative and survey data. He/she will then carry the descriptive analyses of the database by working jointly with a multidisciplinary team. Finally, he/she will contribute to the econometric analysis by using advanced methodologies both of causal analysis and machine-learning.
The ideal candidate is a junior researcher in labor economics, inequality, and education economics, with expertise in the use and the management of databases of individual date from heterogeneous sources. Presence in Modena is required for the data integration phase.
